Yes. One-way interstate rentals are available and are subject to an additional one-way fee.
Our Melbourne depot is conveniently located in the north west suburbs and close to Melbourne airport (only 20 minutes by car). This allows customers to easily acclimatise to riding in Victoria by avoiding heavy city traffic.
Remote locations are located in various suburbs of major cities. Location details will be provided when booking so you can plan your travel arrangements.
Yes. Providing the licence from your home country is endorsed for the category of motorcycle that you want to rent. Note: Australian state laws apply to your rental motorcycle and its use in those states.
Yes. Helmets, jackets, gloves, and pants are available to rent. Please provide as much notice as possible for gear rental so that we can supply the appropriate sizes.
Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance payment will be collected 31 days prior to the pick-up date.
Yes. On the pick-up date, we will pre-authorise the bond on your credit card. The bond will be released following return of the motorcycle, less any costs for damage, loss, road tolls etc.
Our standard insurance excess (variable depending on the motorcycle) applies in the event of damage or loss (providing no breach of our Terms and Conditions). Excess reduction is available for an additional daily fee of $35 on rentals over 7 days on a full licence only. This reduces the excess by 50%.
For minor damage (where repair costs are less than the excess), we only charge what it costs to return the motorcycle to the same condition as at the start of the rental period.
Note: Any theft, or a single-vehicle accident on gravel roads or in remote areas incurs the full excess regardless of any excess reduction option. Any use of the motorcycle in breach of our Terms and Conditions voids insurance and you may be liable for the full cost of the motorcycle and other costs.
Yes. Your rental motorcycle can be delivered to your home or hotel for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.
All motorcycles will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. The motorcycle should be refuelled no more than 5kms from the depot prior to returning. If returned with less than a full tank, you will incur an additional fuelling surcharge of $40.
Unlimited kilometer allowances are included with rentals of 2 days or more (excluding weekends). If you travel over 8,000km during your booking, there will be a fee for servicing. For rentals of 30 days, the renter is responsible for all servicing and tyre consumption costs.
Your safety is our number one priority, and the average distance ridden per day across most of Australia should not exceed 350kms. Trying to ride excessive distances and high riding speeds are more unsafe in Australia than other countries due to the prevalence of wildlife on the roads (especially at dawn and dusk), poor road conditions, inattentive drivers, rigorous road policing, and fatigue. You must inform us in advance if your riding plan involves days covering more than 400km.
Our rental rates are calculated in 24-hour increments. If the motorcycle is collected at 09:00 on the departure date, it is due to back at 09:00 on the agreed return date or earlier.
Discounted rates apply to longer rental periods and details will be provided during the booking process.
